The patients coming for treatment or plastic surgery, will be provided a personal assistant guide who will be at their disposal throughout the stay in Armenia.
All employees of our company who perform the functions of personal assistants possess these qualities – professionalism, quick response, courtesy, tact, accuracy, care and empathy.
The personal assistant, being in constant contact with the attending physician and taking into account all the client’s wishes, will draw up a daily schedule and monitor its accurate implementation; will take care of the client’s nutrition and comfort; will help in carrying out financial transactions (currency exchange, cash withdrawal, money transfers, etc.); will accompany him to all procedures and consultations; will visit after surgery; will plan and organize interesting leisure activities during the rehabilitation period.
The duties of a personal assistant also include the following:
- taking care of the client’s nutrition and comfort;
- assistance in carrying out financial transactions (currency exchange, cash withdrawal, money transfers, etc.);
- accompanying the patient to all procedures and consultations;postoperative care;
- planning and organizing interesting leisure activities during the rehabilitation period, etc.
